Warm Bean Salad

from Nigella's How to Eat:

Whirl in a food processor--a stick of celery, onion, garlic, parsley, bacon or pancetta (maybe a carrot).

Saute mixture in olive oil.

Add canned or cooked dried beans, warm through.  Add more parsley and olive oil and salt. You can add hot chili flakes or herbs.

Serve warm or at room temp.
