Lime-Coconut Sherbet

Zest of 4 limes
1 cup sugar
1/2 water
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups whole milk
toasted coconut flakes

Combine zest, sugar, and water in saucepan and cook until sugar dissolves. Cool. Add lime juice. Combine all ingredients and process in ice cream maker until good texture.
