1 cup chopped beets
1 1/2 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 olive oil
Maple-Mustard Vinaigrette
1/3 cup olive oil
2 T pure maple syrup
2 T rice vinegar
2 t Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove
Topping Ideas
prosciutto bacon: 400 degree oven for 8 minutes
parmesan friso: 1/2 c. shredded cheese + 2 t. flour, 400 degree oven for 2 min.

croutons: bread cubes fried with butter and herbs
