Ideas for Baked Ham

Tropical Pizza: diced tomatoes, pineapple chunks, sliced ham, sliced chilies

Pasta: spaghetti, saute leeks in butter, ham, green beans, S+P, lemon zest.

Ham and Corn Turnovers: mash boiled potatoes with 3 T butter, 1 cup chopped ham, onion, corn, chives, S+P. Wrap in puff pastry. Cook at 425 for 25-30 mins. Serve with chutney.

Quesadillas with ham and peppers.

Asian Ham Salad: cook 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup frozen edamame. Whisk 2 T veg oil, 2 T, 1 t sesame oil, 1/4 t crushed red pepper, S+P. Toss with rice, edamame, 1 c chopped ham, radishes, scallions, and chopped peanuts.

Ham and Asparagus Quiche: beat 4 eggs with 3/4 cup half-n-half, S+P. Add 1 cup chopped ham, chopped asparagus, 1 cup gruyere. Pour into pie crust, bake at 325 for 50-60 mins.
