1 ham, about 10 lbs.
2 cups black or red currant jelly
rosemary sprigs
2 t lemon juice
pinch of salt
Cook ham in a rimmed baking sheet at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Simmer jelly and rosemary over medium-high heat for 3 mins until thick and syrupy. Turn off heat. Add lemon juice and salt. Stir.
Score ham. Brush with currant glaze. Bake for 30 mins. Brush again with glaze, bake for 10 more mins. Remove from oven, brush again with glaze. Rewarm remaining glaze and serve as a sauce to the ham.
