Tortilla Pizzas

From Chez Jacques by Jacques Pepin

Place cooking stone in oven. Heat oven to 500 degrees.

Oil Flour tortillas on both sides. Sprinkle with 1 T parmesan cheese each. Add toppings. Cover with a cup of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with 1 T olive oil.

Bake for 8-10 mins. Let rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with basil. Cut into wedges and serve.
