Celery Salad

From Melissa Clark's Cook This Now


1 cup walnuts
1 1/2 T red wine vinegar
1/2 T kosher salt
black pepper
1/3 c olive oil
8 stalks celery, thinly sliced
2 oz Parmesan

Toast walnuts. Chop.
whisk salt, pepper, vinegar, oil
combine walnuts, celery, cheese, toss with vinaigrette.
